US-based boutique investment bank Reynolds Advisory Partners, LLC acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Esgee Technologies, Inc. of Austin, Texas, on its sale to Lam Research Corp. of Fremont, California, the firm said.

Financial terms have not been disclosed.
