Minnesota, US-based outdoor living products distribution platform Outdoor Living Supply (OLS) has acquired Utah-based hardscape and landscape C&R Stone World Inc., Stoneworld Utah L.L.C. and Cedar Stone Supply, Inc. to expand OLS' footprint in the Mountain states, the company said.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Through the acquisition, OLS is adding five strategic locations in Utah and Idaho.
