US-based file data services provider Nasuni Corp has acquired file data management company Storage Made Easy (SME), which offers remote work and compliance solutions for cloud file storage, the company said.
Financial details of the transaction are not being disclosed.
The acquisition of SME is Nasuni's second transaction within the last two months following a USD 60m investment earlier in the year.
