California-based RF measurement and interconnect solutions provider Maury Microwave, Inc. has agreed to acquire New Jersey-based RF and microwave communication technology provider Wireless Telecom Group, Inc. (NYSE American: WTT), the company said.

Terms of the transaction, expected to close in the third quarter of 2023, were not disclosed.

Wireless Telecom Group, Inc's test and measurement business, comprised of Boonton, Holzworth, and Noisecom, is technology solutions partner to manufacturers in the wireless technology chain.

Across aerospace, defense, satellite communications, semiconductor, quantum and directed energy applications, WTT's technology portfolio enables its customers to push the boundary of radio frequency and microwave technology.

Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP is serving as legal counsel to Maury Microwave. CDX Advisors is serving as exclusive financial advisor and Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner is serving as legal counsel to Wireless Telecom Group.
