US-based transdisciplinary design firm Little Diversified Architectural Consulting (Little) has acquired Virginia-based Hughes Group Architects to expand services to the greater Washington, DC area, the company said.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The transaction combines Hughes Group Architects' strength in public safety, university and K-12 schools and recreation with Little's established Workplace, Retail and Healthcare practices.

Little Diversified Architectural Consulting is a national design firm recognised for crafting exceptional solutions that elevate client performance in the community, retail, workplace and healthcare industries.

Hughes Group is a design firm with projects including Public Safety, Higher Education, K-12 Schools, Recreation and Athletics Facilities, and Commercial Architecture.
