Illinois, US-based fresh, organic speciality products provider KeHE Distributors has agreed to acquire US distributor DPI Specialty Foods, from food & beverage-focussed private equity firm Arbor Investments to enhance capabilities in fresh marketplace, the company said.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Once complete, the complementary strengths of the two entities will provide a robust nationwide fresh offering and an expanded customer portfolio.
The transaction advances KeHE's partner success and growth objectives through enhanced capabilities in the fresh market and a broadened, complementary customer base.
