Georgia, US-based SiteOne Landscape Supply, Inc. (NYSE: SITE) has acquired US-based wholesale hardscapes distributor J&J Materials, with five locations in Rhode Island and Southeastern Massachusetts, the company said.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

This is the first acquisition in 2023 for SiteOne as the company continues to expand the number of markets in, which it offers the full range of landscape supplies and services.

SiteOne Landscape Supply (NYSE: SITE), is a national full product line wholesale distributor of landscape supplies in the United States and has a growing presence in Canada.
