California-based benefits, P&C insurance provider Inszone Insurance Services has acquired California-based insurance solutions provider Specialty Contractors Insurance Services, serving business owners and contractors, to expand presence in California market, the company said.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The acquisition is in line with Inszone Insurance's strategic vision to expand its presence in the California market and bolster its position as a premier insurance agency in the region.

Inszone is a full-service insurance brokerage firm that provides a broad array of property & casualty insurance, along with employee benefits solutions.
