US-based stormwater containment provider Environmental Containment Corp. has acquired Oregon-based metal fabricator Marks Metal Technology, to become part of the ECC family of companies in the stormwater containment market, the company said.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Marks Metals operates in metal fabrication, processing and precast concrete forming, and will further strengthen ECC offerings, bringing in another essential component of the supply chain for the stormwater industry.
