Texas-based business forms and products producer Ennis, Inc., (NYSE: EBF) has acquired the real estate and operating assets of Michigan-based printer Stylecraft Printing company to expand product lines and geographical footprint, the company said.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The addition of Stylecraft expands the Ennis product lines, adding a brand that has been serving the distributor channel for more than 50 years.

Ennis, Inc. is a private-label printed business product supplier that primarily engages in the production and sale of business forms and other business products.
