Florida, US-based car wash operator El Car Wash has acquired three Bill's Car Wash Locations to expand footprint into Orlando, the company said.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Following the acquisition, El Car Wash operates 25 locations with an additional 25+ sites in development across Florida.

The company plans to significantly expand its footprint through both greenfield openings and acquisitions of existing car washes.
