Michigan, US-based custom metal fabrication provider DeWys Metal Solutions has acquired Michigan-based coating services provider Shoreline Powder Coating to expand capabilities and drive growth in metal fabrication solutions, the company said.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Shoreline will work in tandem with ReFab Metal Fab, providing customers with a broader range of finish options and faster turnaround times.
