Colorado, US-based property restoration company BluSky Restoration Contractors, LLC has merged with Pennsylvania-based restoration services provider Mammoth Restoration to operate as BluSky Restoration Contractors, expanding operation in to 26 states in the US, the company said.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
In addition to restoration services currently provided by Mammoth, BluSky plans to add its commercial roofing and healthcare restoration business lines to the Pennsylvania, Ohio and New Jersey markets.
Mammoth provides restoration services to commercial, residential, government, hospitality and educational institutions in the Pennsylvania, Central Ohio and New Jersey markets.
BluSky Restoration Contractors, LLC is a full-service national restoration, renovation, environmental and roofing provider for properties damaged by water, fire, storms and other disasters across the nation.
