India-based steel making provider Tata Steel Ltd. has acquired 4,65,116 equity shares of Tata Steel Utilities and Infrastructure Services (TSUISL), a wholly owned subsidiary, the company said.
The acquisition of the equity stake, acquired on a rights basis, is valued at INR 10 (USD 0.00024), each at a premium on INR 205 per share, the company said
