US-based testing and assessment solutions provider Prometric has completed the acquisition of US-based AI-assisted assessment and learning technology specialist Finetune, the company said.

Finetune, based in Boston with a pre-pandemic globally distributed team, has been developing solutions in learning, instruction, and assessment for more than a decade. The company's technology works across the credentialing, licensure, workforce readiness and education sectors.
