Tennessee, US-based medical real estate developer Montecito Medical has completed the acquisition of two medical office buildings, totalling 35,500 square feet, in Eastern Washington that are currently tenanted by pathology provider Incyte Diagnositcs, the company said.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Montecito Medical has invested in both Washington-area communities to help physicians build stronger practices for themselves and their patients.
