Illinois, US-based speciality materials provider Duraco Specialty Materials has acquired Illinois-based self-adhesive products provider Strata-Tac, Inc. in fifth add-on acquisition, the company said.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The acquisition of Strata-Tac continues Duraco Specialty Material's commitment to deliver technically advanced, customised solutions across growing end markets.
