Dialpad Acquires Customer Experience Platform Kare Knowledgeware

US-based AI-powered communication and collaboration specialist Dialpad Inc has acquired customer experience platform Kare Knowledgeware, the company said.

Dialpad said the acquisition and integration of Kare Knowledgeware into Dialpad Contact Center broadens the application of artificial intelligence and natural language processing throughout the Dialpad platform to enable conversational AI and elevate both the customer and agent experience.
