California-based housing market solutions company Zonda has acquired Phoenix-based residential market research firm Belfiore Real Estate Consulting to accelerate reach throughout Arizona and enhance data and advisory services for homebuilders, the company said.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Together, the companies will expand current offerings for homebuilding partners to unleash a view of where the market is headed and clear, actionable information to help customers make smarter decisions and grow their businesses.

Zonda, formerly known as Hanley Wood | Meyers Research, provides data-driven housing market solutions to the homebuilding industry.
