Rotterdam-based recruitment technology company VONQ is acquiring Netherlands-based HR tech company IGB, operating in job distribution, programmatic advertising and recruitment analytics, to accelerate movement in SaaS job marketing solutions, the company said.
VONQ purchased IGB for an undisclosed sum.
The combination of IGB, a specialist in programmatic advertising and multi-posting, with VONQ, a European market leader for data-driven recruitment marketing, will allow VONQ to offer a full-service SaaS solution for the online recruitment market.
IGB operates in job distribution, programmatic advertising and recruitment analytics.
VONQ, a European recruitment technology company with previous backing from Randstad Innovation Fund, serves nearly 1,000 corporate customers including Deloitte, Shell and Microsoft.
