Viking Mergers and Acquisitions Closes Sale of Cool Renewal Spa

13 November 2017 - North Carolina, US-based Med spa Cool Renewal Spa has been sold by way of US-based M and A firm Viking Mergers and acquisitions, Viking said.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The previous owner of Cool Renewal Spa, John Keen, sold the business.

Cool Renewal Spa is the largest CoolSculpting franchise in the Carolinas.

Keen is a serial entrepreneur and has owned a number of other companies prior to owning Cool Renewal Spa.

The sale was completed by Greg White, senior advisor at Viking Mergers and acquisitions.

Founded in 1996 by Brad and Jay Offerdahl, Viking Mergers and acquisitions was established with the vision of providing customized exit strategies and M and A mitigation to middle market business owners.
