Minnesota, US-based solutions provider for the outdoor environment Toro Company (NYSE: TTC) has acquired Colorado-based Left Hand Robotics, Inc., a turf and snow management solutions provider, the company said.
Toro said the deal advances its capabilities in next generation technologies, including alternative power, smart connected, and autonomous products.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
