The Centrics Group Merges with Adapture

22 August 2019 - US-based IT consulting and professional services company The Centrics Group has merged with cybersecurity, cloud, infrastructure and talent solutions provider Adapture, the company said.

The companies previously operated independently as sister brands under the same ownership team.

The newly merged organization is comprised of two divisions: talent and technology.

Adapture president Robert Pastor leads the technology division, and Kevin Miller has transitioned from his role as president of The Centrics Group to lead the newly formed talent division at Adapture.

As part of the transition, The Centrics Group has relocated its operations from Norcross, Ga. to The Concourse in Sandy Springs.

Customers and candidates currently or previously engaged with either company will otherwise be unaffected by the merger.

Adapture provides cybersecurity, cloud, infrastructure and talent solutions for clients across the country.
