Subdirect Acquires Waiting Room Subscription Service

13 February 2018 - US-based marketing and customer acquisition company Subdirect has completed the purchase of Waiting Room Subscription Service "WRSS" to increase their reach in public place magazine distribution, the company said.

Waiting Room Subscription Service has been serving publishers in public place distribution since 1988, engaging readers in select public venues through innovative targeting and industry knowledge.

The acquisition will complement Subdirect's current public place distribution division, Consumer Marketing Solutions "CMS".

The Subdirect portfolio of circulation services includes individual net paid, loyalty, partnership deductible, sponsored and verified subscription sales.

Subdirect delivers over 20m unique digital and print subscriptions annually to over 1,000 magazine publishers.
