11 July 2018 - Colorado, US-based IT services company SSP Innovations, LLC has acquired California, US-based mobile solutions and services provider TC Technology, the company said.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
With the TC Technology acquisition, SSP will acquire MIMS (Mobile Information Management System) in addition to supporting the current functionality MIMS offers, SSP will also utilise it to extend its Lifecycle application suite for both graphic design and inspections.
TC Technology said SSP will fully support the MIMS product line as it evolves into the era of the Esri utility network.
This will enable customers to utilise the new utility network data structures, tracing, editing, and workflow in a fully disconnected mobile environment.
SSP, an IT services and software development company, is focussed on delivering GIS, workforce management, joint use, and data maintenance solutions to electric, gas, and water utilities as well as oil and gas pipeline operators and telecommunication providers.
