Spectrio Expands In-Store Marketing with Acquisition of Profit On-Hold and Airwaves Scenting

17 January 2020 - Florida-based marketing solutions company Spectrio has acquired Louisiana-based in-store marketing technologies providers Profit On-Hold and Airwaves Scenting to increase North American in-store marketing footprint, the company said.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
With the merger, Profit On-Hold and Airwaves Scenting clients will be able to utilise Spectrio's entire suite of in-store marketing technologies and services, creating a more efficient and engaging in-store customer experience.
Spectrio is a providers of in-store marketing solutions powered by content and technology. Spectrio's major technology solutions include Digital Signage.
