Rinchem Acquires Carolina Tank Lines to Enhance Logistics Network

22 October 2019 - New Mexico, US-based chemical management services corporation Rinchem has acquired North Carolina, US-based trucking business Carolina Tank Lines (CTL) to strengthen assets in logistics network, the company said.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Carolina Tank Lines' service model complements Rinchem's mission of being a responsive provider of logistics and chemical management services.
The acquisition will be a valuable addition to Rinchem's current fleet of transportation assets.
This merger was facilitated by Chapman Associates and Rodey Law.
Chapman Associates is a mid-market mergers and acquisitions firm specialising in logistics and transportation.
Their Greensboro, NC office helped negotiate the agreement for the two companies. Rodey Law, based in Albuquerque, NM, focusses on mergers and acquisitions.
Their team was responsible for executing the acquisition documents.
Rinchem company, Inc. is a logistics provider of customised logistics solutions involving transportation, warehousing, and global freight forwarding services with warehouses that are customised to store both non-regulated and regulated chemicals and gases.
Carolina Tank Lines offers transportation services focussed on medical instruments and supplies as well as diagnostics and food industries.
