Connecticut, US-based speciality finance company Opus Inspection, Inc. has agreed to acquire 100% of Massachusetts-based vehicle-emissions-testing firm Applus Technologies, Inc. (ATI), the company said.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Upon completion of the acquisition, ATI will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Opus and will continue with a focus on customer service as before.
The Opus and ATI organisations complement each other and, once this transaction is fully closed, the combined group will provide market leading operational and technical expertise to its current and future customers.
