Oliver Wyman Acquires Minority Stake in Corridor Platforms to Expand Decisioning Platform

New York-based global management consulting firm Oliver Wyman has acquired an equity investment in US based Corridor Platforms, a workflow governance and automation software provider, to accelerate risk transformation and marketing decisions at banks, the company said.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Corridor Platforms' solution enables timely end-to-end credit decisioning while enhancing governance. Financial institutions often go through months of effort in harnessing big data and analytics and integrating these with existing systems, while Corridor's connected platform reduces that time to a few weeks, from analytics to insights.
