Noble Investment Group Acquires Tampa Residence Inn

16 May 2018 - Georgia, US-based private equity firm Noble Investment Group has acquired Florida-based all-suite hotel Residence Inn by Marriott Tampa Downtown, the company said.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The 109-suite hotel property is prominently located in the central business and financial district of the Tampa Bay area.
Noble said the property offers the ability to acquire the extended-stay brand in the Tampa market while gaining operational efficiencies paired with Noble's adjacent hotel, the Courtyard by Marriott Tampa Downtown.
The Residence Inn Tampa Downtown is managed by McKibbon Hospitality, a leading hotel development and management group.
Residence Inn by Marriott offers extended-stay lodging, with more than 700 properties located in the United States, Canada, Europe, the Middle East and Central America.
Noble Investment Group specialises in making value-add, opportunistic and income investments in upscale select service and extended-stay hotels affiliated with Marriott, Hyatt, Hilton and Intercontinental.
Through its private equity real estate funds, Noble has invested more than USD 3.0bn in communities throughout the US.
