Florida, US-based Modernizing Medicine has acquired Pennsylvania-based orthopedics healthcare technology provider Exscribe to bring further innovation to the healthcare technology market, the company said.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The acquisition brings together two of the healthcare industry's all-in-one orthopedic EHR vendors with a shared mission of increasing practice efficiency by transforming how healthcare information is created, consumed and utilised.
