Kellermeyer Bergensons Services Closes Acquisition of Contract Cleaning Services Firm Emmaculate Reflections

13 March 2018 - US-based retailer interior and exterior property services provider Kellermeyer Bergensons Services, LLC has completed the acquisition of restaurant contract cleaning and facility support services provider
Emmaculate Reflections, the company said.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Emmaculate Reflections serves major restaurant chains.

The acquired firm will be an operating division of KBS and will continue to utilise its brand.

Emmaculate Reflections provides janitorial services for restaurants and other food service establishments, as well as hotel and country club cleaning services.

Other cleaning services include pressure cleaning, carpet cleaning, specialized floor cleaning, stainless cleaning, hood and filter cleaning, event staffing, and dusting programmes.

Emmaculate Reflections specialises in cleaning dining rooms, kitchens, kitchen equipment, bars and lounges, restrooms, pressure washing, carpet washing, event staffing and porter services.

Formed in 1984, Emmaculate Reflections has its footprint in 20 states east of the Mississippi River and Texas.

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services is the largest provider of technology-enabled, integrated interior and exterior property services to multi-region and multi-site customers in North America.

It has more than 42,000 active customer locations in all 50 US states, Canada, and Puerto Rico.
