Virginia-based technology solutions provider Iron Bow Technologies has acquired Utah-based cybersecurity operations as a service (SECOPS) provider GuardSight Inc., to enhance cybersecurity solutions portfolio, the company said.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The acquisition will combine Iron Bow's existing cybersecurity engineering capabilities with GuardSight's private-sector SECOPS and MDR capabilities.
With GuardSight, Iron Bow will provide a more holistic cybersecurity offering that enables government agencies, private enterprises, and organisations to modernise their cybersecurity architecture while supporting them on the path to zero trust with a comprehensive set of managed services.
