Wednesday 13 June 2018

13 June 2018 - Wyoming, US-based managed services provider Green House Data has merged with Canada-based IT consulting firm Infront Consulting Group, the company said.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Both entities will continue to operate under their respective brands.

The merger joins two complementary organisations in order to deliver on managed services paired with Microsoft-focussed automation consulting and Azure migration.

In March of this year, Green House Data announced the addition of Azure management to complement the company's existing private managed clouds, traditional colocation, and managed services.

Beginning with the SpotLITE discovery process, which examines business drivers and client staff expertise in order to architect the ideal infrastructure to meet budgets and hit productivity, reliability, and performance goals, the company designs and migrates clients in the mid-market and enterprise spaces to custom hybrid infrastructure.

Green House Data helps organisations choose the IT platforms that will best enable their business, delivered from highly energy efficient, green data centres located across the country and paired with a 15 Minute Hear from a Human customer support SLA.

The company is a certified VMware provider, SSAE 16 Type II and HIPAA compliant, as well as a B-Corp and EPA Green Power Partner.

Infront Consulting Group is a Microsoft Gold partner and multi-year winner of Microsoft's Partner of the Year award.

Serving enterprise customers across North America and internationally, the company operates on the core values of agility, passion, ownership, commitment, and customer focus.
