FruitGuys Acquires Denver-Based Snacks Maker FruitRevival

15 April 2019 - California, US-based fruit and snack company to workplaces The FruitGuys has acquired Denver, US-based FruitRevival that delivers fresh fruit and healthy snacks to Colorado businesses, the company said.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The FruitGuys and FruitRevival have a long-standing partnership built on shared values and a shared mission to help make workplaces healthier and more productive, and to support local farms.

The FruitGuys mission is to bring farm fresh produce and thoughtful snacks to the American workplace in order to promote healthy work environments, while advocating for small farms and supporting hunger abatement.

The FruitGuys is also committed to philanthropic causes and have developed several cause-related initiatives designed to support local family-run farms. In 2012, the company launched The FruitGuys Community Fund, a non-profit organisation designed to help small independent farms.

The FruitGuys delivers wellness to workplaces across America through boxes of farm-fresh fruit and thoughtful snacks in an effort to replace breakroom junk food and promote healthy snacking.

The majority of the fruit is sourced from small, independent, and family-run farms across the country, which supports American farmers and also serves communities in need through weekly donations to homeless shelters, food banks, and other nonprofits.
