ClearCare Acquires Home Care Software Provider HomeTrak

20 April 2017 - US-based home care agency mobile platform company ClearCare has acquired US-based private duty home care software solutions provider HomeTrak, the company said.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

As part of the acquisition, ClearCare will continue to support the HomeTrak Companion products.

According to Alex Kapteyn, co-founder of HomeTrak, ClearCare is an ideal partner for his team and customers.

The combined company will continue under the ClearCare brand and will now serve over 4,000 home care agencies, including eight of the largest ten agencies, and will have offices in San Francisco, San Diego, and Sarnia, Canada.

ClearCare Online is a home care technology platform. The company's web-based platform solves problems for the constituents involved in home care, including family members, caregivers, seniors, agency staff and the healthcare community.
