Broadridge Closes USD 300m Acquisition of Canada-Based RPM Technologies

11 June 2019 - New York, US-based fintech company Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc. (NYSE: BR) has closed the acquisition of Canada-based RPM Technologies, a provider of enterprise wealth management software solutions and services, for USD 300m, the company said.
The transaction is expected to contribute USD 40m-50m in revenues to Broadridge in fiscal year 2020. Broadridge is purchasing RPM from its current owners which include Bayshore Capital Inc.
Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc. (NYSE: BR), a USD 4bn global Fintech firm, provides investor communications and technology-driven solutions to banks, broker-dealers, asset managers and corporate issuers globally.
RPM provides enterprise-class wealth management software solutions to Canadian banks and wealth management firms.
Bayshore Capital finances and builds companies in financial services and information technology.
RBC Capital Markets is acting as exclusive financial advisor to Broadridge. Canaccord Genuity Corp. is acting as exclusive financial advisor to RPM.
