Avtex Acquires Assets of Contact Centre and Communication Solutions Firm CPI

Minnesota, US-based customer experience consulting and technology company Avtex has acquired the portfolio of Genesys customers from Indiana-based Communications Products, Inc., a provider of contact centre and communication solutions, the company said.

CPI leverages the Genesys platform and eMite portfolio to create customised contact centre solutions that meet the unique needs of each and every client.

The acquisition of CPI's contact centre business provides Avtex with expanded technical talent, geographic reach and progressive client base.

The acquisition furthers the unified mission of providing and delivering industry-leading contact centre consulting, data management and technology services to clients.

Bringing this portion of the CPI business into the Avtex family allows both organisations to continue to help businesses drive better customer experiences through strategic planning and the innovative use of technology solutions.
