7 February 2020 - US-based content services provider Hyland has acquired US-based Learning Machine, providing blockchain-anchored digital credentialing solutions to enable customers to generate and manage digital documents that are easily shareable and verifiable, the company said.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
This acquisition creates significant value for Learning Machine customers who will gain the full benefit of Hyland's notable support, partnership and accountability.
Learning Machine leverages blockchain technology to authenticate documents and content.
