MJIC Acquires MyJane Cannabis Service for Women

11 February 2019 - Los Angeles, US-based MJIC, Inc., a California provider of fully licensed cannabis wholesale distribution, retail, compliance and supply chain solutions, has acquired California-based curated cannabis service for women MyJane as part of MJIC's expansion, the company said.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
MyJane will remain headquartered in Orange County as part of the expansion.
MyJane's data science platform selects cannabis products to help women get a better night's sleep, combat stress, relieve pain or use as a replacement for alcohol.
These curated cannabis experiences are delivered to members' homes by a team of all-female brand ambassadors educated on products and usage.
MJIC augments this business-to-business value proposition with a growing portfolio of owned and operated retail operations located in major metropolitan markets throughout California and beyond, including brick-and-mortar dispensaries and local on-demand delivery services, as well as e-commerce and subscription offerings.
MJIC, based in Commerce, California, is the first fully licensed and integrated infrastructural and services platform for compliant cannabis.
MyJane is a new cannabis wellness community designed to empower women to feel better.
Its mission is to normalise the cannabis experience for women by offering the first premium, curated cannabis experience in a box, tailored to meet women's individual needs, address their most-cited wellness concerns and delivered to their door by a team of all-female brand ambassadors.
