Aloft Group Merges with Adsmith China to Form Brand Strategy Firm Brandigo

19 May 2017 - Massachusetts, US-based brand strategy consulting firm Aloft Group has merged with China-based global brand strategy agency Adsmith China to form Brandigo to focus on the global brand strategy of their clients, the companies said.
Terms of the merger transaction were not disclosed.
BrandigoNorth America is based in Massachusetts and BrandigoChina is based in China.
Aloft, or Brandigo North America, said the newly formed company uses brand to drive a smarter and more effective approach to business performance and growth.
Brandigo China said the company is a forward-looking firm based on the convergence of data-based insights and analytics, creativity, business acumen, innovation and proprietary tools and technology.
BrandigoNorth America will continue to expand upon its expertise in the health technology and merger and acquisition markets, while building upon the new approach to make it more dynamic.
The company said the merger creates an opportunity to expand on its knowledge and expertise to create its own industry not dictated by the way business has operated in the last 75 years.
Aloft Group was formed in 1996 as a brand strategy, strategy-organisation alignment and marketing communications firm.
Adsmith China, founded by Golden, was formed in 2004, and has focused on top-level strategy and consultation for China marketing, and implementation of full service marketing.
Brandigo is a global brand strategy and market growth firm that powers business performance through a market insights and data-driven approach that unifies vision, business strategy, brand strategy and marketing execution.
