AccentCare Acquires Three Florida Healthcare Businesses to Expand Footprint

15 May 2019 - Dallas, US-based post-acute care company AccentCare, Inc. has acquired three healthcare businesses based in Florida, to expand its footprint and service lines, the company said.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
AccentCare said with these acquisitions, the company is responding to the growing need for seniors to have quality care in the home setting.
AccentCare acquired Aloha Home Care with offices in Melbourne and Port St. Lucie, serving nine counties on the central and southeast coast of the state.
Aloha's acquisition also included Mobile Physicians Group, best known as MPG, an in-home medical care business in which advance care nurse practitioners deliver care in lieu of, or in addition to primary physician care.
AccentCare, Inc. is a nationwide specialist in post-acute healthcare, with partnerships and care models covering the full continuum from personal, non-medical care to skilled nursing, rehabilitation, hospice, and care management.
AccentCare has over 24,000 compassionate professionals in more than 175 locations, collectively serving over 123,000 individuals across 16 states.
