California, US-based cloud computing solutions provider ServiceNow (NYSE: NOW) has invested in Texas, US-based AI-based customer interaction framework builder Qlue and Virginia, US-based products and services company BuildOnMe, a ServiceNow partner to expand artificial intelligence capabilities, the company said.
ServiceNow has agreed to acquire Qlue with plans to further increase productivity for its customers and enhance their experiences by applying artificial intelligence to routine service desk conversations with Qlue's virtual agent messaging capabilities. With this acquisition, ServiceNow expands its offerings to enhance its Intelligent Automation Engine on the Now Platform.
