MONTECITO ACQUIRES MEDICAL GROUP DAVITA BUILDING

Tennessee, US-based medical office real estate firm Montecito Medical Real Estate, has acquired the Sunport Healthcare Centre of US-based multi-specialty medical group DaVita Medical Group, a division of healthcare services provider DaVita, Inc. (NYSE: DVA), the company said. Albuquerque Business First reported the clinic was acquired for an undisclosed sum.
Montecito said it acquired the clinic to complement its growing portfolio, the company said. The newly constructed 85,000-square-foot clinic incorporates patient-centred design elements and WELL building standards intended to promote healthy lifestyles for occupants.
