Minneapolis, US-based structural precast wall panel provider Fabcon Precast has acquired the assets of the Building Services Division from Oldcastle Infrastructure, the company said.

The purchase includes all product line assets used in the business located in Selkirk, New York. BSD is a manufacturer of precast, hollowcore planks, columns, beams and wall panels for the US multifamily, commercial and student housing sectors.
